Casting Call for November 6 Rehearsal of Bah Humbug

November 5, 2011

On Sunday, we will be running through the whole show, start to finish, so it is important that all cast members are at rehearsal. The run through will start at 3 pm so all cast should be at the hall ready to start warm-ups at 2:45. We also have a surprise event for you. Hint: Do you know your character(s) inside and out? It might help if you bring a prop or costume piece (hat, etc) with you.

Before the runthrough, we will be doing all of the ghost scenes starting at 2pm with Scene 4 involving Jacob Marley and Scrooge. At 2:15 we will run Scene 5 with the Ghost of Christmas Past and Scrooge. At 2:30, Scrooge, Holly  and the Ghost of Christmas Present will walk through their Scene 6.

So here it is in long form. Please be on time so that we can get the most of our rehearsal time.

2:00   Paul Wilson (Scrooge), Elizabeth Hicks (Marley)

2:15   Paul Wilson (Scrooge),  Mikayla Fraize (Ghost of Christmas Past)

2:30  Paul Wilson (Scrooge),  Maddison Baldwin (Ghost of Christmas Present), Jasmine Hancock (Holly)

2:45  All cast members (it is noted that Meghan, Emily and Mallory will not arrive until 3pm)      Also all technical people are required to set stages for runthrough

The rehearsal will finish at 5pm. Please bring shoes suitable for dancing, complete scripts, pencil, snack, a character prop. Know who your character is and which scene they appear in. We hope to be completely off script by next rehearsal so please come ready to work.

PLEASE NOTE  All personal items are to be left in the outer room. Start to get into character before you enter the main workspace. Once you pass into the main work room, you will be addressed as your character. People with multiple characters may wish to wear name tags which will be provided. This means that Paul is not Paul in the stage area, he is Scrooge and so please respect his position by directing any tech questions to Marcia.

We have audiences for all of our performances. THIS is REAL! We need to give the audience our best show.
